Sparkling Black Winterstave
Sparkling Black Winterstave: NoveltyWand weapon in Celtic Heroes. Damage 19. This is the second rarest winterstave. It has been created by fusing together winterheart crystals from the sprites who carried them. It is far rarer than the non-sparkling winterstave of the same colour. Uses Novelty Ability.
