Sparkling Blue Winterstave
Sparkling Blue Winterstave: NoveltyWand weapon in Celtic Heroes. Damage 17. This is the fourth rarest winterstave. It has been created by fusing together winterheart crystals from the sprites who carried them. It is far rarer than the non-sparkling winterstave of the same colour. Uses Novelty Ability.
